My only gripe is I received a text that the car was ready I was on vacation in Europe, so I responded that I would pick the car up on Monday between three and four. I also reached out via email via the website, but when I arrive, the car had not been washed and was not ready to go.

I advised in two messages I would pick my car up Monday between 3-4 and those were not noticed so I had to wait for the car to be washed. Workmanship, estimate and coordination with Geico were perfect.

Although they did beautiful job on the bodywork they failed to ground the wires in the one.

Although caliber did a great job of fixing the damage to my car, after I picked it up all the seating lights went on. I took it to the Mazda dealer and they told me that whoever worked on the car failed to securely fasten the grounding wires. They fixed it and charged me $225. I took the receipt back to caliber and Cindy said I would be reimbursed because it was their fault. I have yet to receive $225. I'm hoping it comes this week. This experience was unfortunate because they did a beautiful job of fixing their body damage but apparently when they lifted the hood to do some work, they failed to secure the grounding wires so I couldn't drive the car safely Mazda fixed it.

Very professional. I especially liked the fact that I could turn in my rental car there and caliber collision would make sure that the car got back to enterprise. They kept me informed of each step of the repair of my vehicle. I would definitely recommend caliber collision in Palm Springs for a quality repair facility👍
