The repair it self was not good. Parts that were not part of the collision got scuffed. Not only that but I had personal belongings stolen from the car

Me wallet was stolen out of the car. You don’t have cameras anywhere on property. Very unsafe

Work was ok. I am going to another shop ti get the scuffs off that where created by the Palm Springs shop. Also my wallet with cash was stolen out of the car. It was very heartbreaking

Cindy Baker was very pleasant and said they would fix the scuffs and re alien the rubber part so it would look new again bit after discovering my personal items were stolen from the car I did not feel safe going back. I did email her about the stolen property but have not heard back.

Gave an 8 out of 10 as when I got my car back everything was great but after the tire was replaced, there was gunk all over the tire and rim. This was done at the dealer but I didn't take it to the dealer I took it to caliber

Got a call at 4:30pm on Friday to come pick up my car as it was done. I work Friday and wasn't able to pick it up. From the voice mail, it sounded like if I didn't pick up the car that day, I would be charged additional fees on the rental. I called my insurance and they told me everything was okay on picking up the car on Monday. Just from the voice mail had me worried all weekend

The work was great and well done and the car was cleaner than I left it however there was a sound as though my riverside windows was making a knocking sound though unrelated to the repairs since the knocking has died down but it still happens I don't know if there was something that happened or if the issue was somehow happened on it's own but it wasn't like that when I dropped off the vehicle
