Very happy with the quality of the work. Scheduling was simple and they worked around our schedule. All staff were caring and helpful. Steve was our estimator and contact. He was excellent. The front office lady was also excellent (unfortunately I forget her name).

Everything was handled just perfectly and everyone was so nice and professional.I am extremely pleased and it was also completed sooner than anticipated. I will definitely recommend Caliber to everyone. If fact I will be bringing my other car in for some minor repairs.

Thanks for getting it done. The only downside is, I thought I’ll get the car in a pristine clean condition in which I would expect a nice shining clean car and it wasn’t (it was clean on the inside but not the outside) I went to the car wash after. To David, thank you again and hopefully, he would update the customer a bit more ahead of time instead of the customer calling him for updates. Otherwise, it was not a bad experience because I got the car back and the damage parts have been fully restored.

The damaged fender looked fantastic. I was kept abreast of activity and work daily and Lorenzo was a great guy to work with when he called and told me there would be a slight adjustment to the price I expected an increase but it was a decrease of over $200 because they did not have to calibrate everything. I highly recommend Caliber Collision Palm Springs
