Unfortunately/Unbelievably this was my second crunch in less than a week! Both times the ENTIRE staff was exceptional from drop-off to delivery of a shiny “new” car! ONLY issue I had was with their not providing a frequent customer discount🤪. Of course, why should they ~ they are EXCEPTIONAL! 😘

I was very happy that my car was repaired at Caliber. I didn’t realize there was more damage than what I observed after being rear ended. David in Palm Springs was able to point that out and the results for both repairs look phenomenal. The office staff was friendly and courteous, and always had the answers I needed readily available. I was so pleased to get my car back in just five days. I highly recommend Caliber!
