This is the worst repair shop I have ever had the displeasure of working with! RUN--don't walk away from this facility, and when you get ripped off, contact the Automotive Repair Bureau, as I have dine, and your case will get assigned to an investigator. I have been out thousands of dollars due to Caliber, and my initial repair was only a few hundred! I don't EVER write reviews, but this is an exception. Unfortunately, these comments are most likely internal and will not see the light of day; however, my other numerous posts will certainly be exploited, as to make certain others don't experience what I experienced!

The customer service was some of the best I ever had. Upon walking in I was immediately greeted by Tibby who assured me that my car and I would be well taken care of. She was great and had already coordinated for Enterprise to pick me up so that so could get my rental. Genuinely some of the best customer service I have received. Overall I would highly recommend this location to anyone!

Would highly recommend this shop to anyone and everyone. Everyone was very nice and welcoming and did a great job at assuring me that I had come to the right place. Will definitely be coming back in the future if anything was to happen again.

Front end alignment not done.Needed one steering wheel slightly tilted to the right, noise behind dashboard, tires not properly inflated,front left tire very under inflated.Will correct these things at cost for me.

Car looked amazing! Not only did they fix the major scratches outside but they cleaned the inside of the car too! Looked brand new. Wonderful job!

To Whom Ig May Concern I left My Vehicle With Dave He is immediately made me feel at ease that I was actually leaving my vehicle with someone that actually cared and every day I would get a text stating updates and that made me feel wonderful because I knew that a team if they were to be like Dave we're going to be following through every single day with my vehicle and when the advised me that I could come and pick up my vehicle I felt great because I knew that my car had been completed the correct way with patience and intelligent employees starting from the representative at the front desk to Dave that looked at the vehicle and told me that same day on a text how many days it was going to take to do the repair that's how much experience they have they know what they're talking about and if I hear of someone needing a body shop I am definitely going to refer them to Caliber without a doubt... Service was above and beyond. My auto insurance didn’t approve new headlights, but Caliber Collision polished them up for me to look brand new in addition to the work that was approved. Service desk was very charming!
