I can't say enough good things about my experience at Caliber. Working with Juan made the process extremely easy and I was kept in the loop about exactly where my car was process of being fixed. Having been the first accident I ever had and not sure what to expect from the process, I couldn't have been made more at ease with the whole staff that worked on my vehicle.

Communication was not good. There were at least a couple of instances of a promised completion date that did not come to pass. And we went there once expecting to pick up the car and it was not ready.

Accidents are filled with stress and anxiety, especially dropping off your vehicle in unfamiliar territory. I appreciated the calm and kindness of the staff from the moment I entered the door. Juan did a walk-through with me of the vehicle and communicated daily on the status. He also ensured that I had transportation with Enterprise, and the staff contacted them directly to pick me up. Juan also reviewed the repairs with me once complete. The crew did an excellent job! Thank you to the entire crew and staff! I would highly recommend Caliber in Palm Springs!
