Caliber Collision did a superior job repairing the damage on my car. The car looks brand new. When I picked up the car, it was spotless inside and out. I could not have been happier with the work done at Caliber. The employees at Caliber were amazing. Cindy, Juan, and Joanne, all did an excellent job. They were helpful in assisting me throughout the repair process. They all were friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable, and communicated/updated with me throughout. Not only did the process go smoothly, the repair was completed one week earlier than projected. I would highly recommend Caliber Collision, and if ever necessary, would only use them in the future.

Both headlights were working when I dropped off the vehicle. The driver side headlight was replaced for unknown reason and the passenger side headlight now doesn't work. Issue was brought up before taking the vehicle home. We thought maybe it was just burned out bulb, but got home and replaced bulb and headlight still doesn't work.

Juan was terrific but my automatic headlight control was turned off, probably during cleaning and didnt realize it until anothe rmotorist blared their horn at me while he was attempting to merge at Costco exit on to Dinah Shore Drive in Palm Desert, CA

There are a couple of areas that did not get repaired back to the way they were, one large scratch with chipped paint above the replaced headlight and what appears to be a mark from impact on bottom part of bumper.
