When I first brought the car in, the team was wonderful to do the intake paperwork quickly but also specifying that I needed the front bumper sticker to be saved and provided to me.. However, it was frustrating that I had to get the ball rolling after the estimator didnât inform the insurance, to allow you to start work on the car for a week. Then, I had plans to pick the finished car on September 21st, but it wasnât ready until 6pm in the 26th. Then, when I arrived at the car, the front license plate was not on the car, I was given no warning. It was incredibly frustrating. Then, on my way home, I realized that I had not been told where the sticker was in the car. So I had to call you back and ask. I was told it was still on the brocken bumper, so tomorrow I will be returning to get the sticker. I appreciate that the car was fixed and guaranteed, but I am frustrated that it certain things were not communicated to me.

I would only recommend the palmdale shop for the Guarantee, otherwise I would send my recommendation to Lancaster Caliber.

Dropping the car off was great, but throughout the process I felt like I was the one pushing my insurance and the shop. It was incredubly frustrating.

I believe my car was not returned to me in the highest standard possible . Because my car was in the shop more then a month and 2 week . Three times i had to see my car didnt like it. I asked if the job the did to my cars frame would tamper with my wheel alignment i did so to a tire shop and the said my back wheel were not even close to alignment and my front wheels as well . And they changed my sun visors on my car from another make and model, i would not recommand them to my social media or my friends and family poor craftmenship

This body shop knows what they r doing and estimate the right amount,tell u the estimate time when the car get ready and the stuff were friendly and they will called for u for car rental place ..Mario was a great help in handling my car problem, they have a nice team work ..thank u so much
