I had to go 3 times to pick up my car. The first time I inspected my car and they missed a big section with scratches in the passenger side door by the drivers side and some by the hood and the grill also had a scratch. The paint match was not like the original color of the car I decided not to make a big deal about it. The second time they call that my car was ready they missed some scratches on the driver side door so I had to leave the car again. The third time it hseemed they were able to get rid of all the scratches but the switch from the mirrors was broken. They order a new one but itâs going to take about 3 days to arrive Iâm driving my car now but Iâm really disappointed in the performance of their work.

Mario, My service advisor kept me informed all the way through the process. Tracy the manager at caliber collision was able to expedite parts so that I have the vehicle done within four days. Everyone at caliber collision was very professional and very helpful great place to take your car when you have a problem
