Mario always provides such excellent Custer service. He is courteous and professional. He treats each customer like heâs known us for years. Hthis is my 2nd time here. Repairs were great and Iâm very satisfied with the end result. However, the agent matching my insurance was not in the office and a nice man filled in for him saying the agent would be back later and would input my information that day. Late afternoon the day after the estimate, I was contacted by my insurance to set up an estimate. My information had not been input the day before. When I got the go ahead to make an appointment for the repairs, I called and was told my information was not in the system and made a manual appointment. When I arrived to drop off my car for repairs I stated my name and my insurance worker. After a small wait the front desk mistook me for two incorrect appointments before the agent came out to meet me. The people are nice but the set up is lacking. Also, I never received regular updates about my car. After I picked the car up, I received five emails all at once with updates from previous days. This may be a great company one day but there are several glitches to work out.

$2100 to polish and wax my truck, terrible job, not professional job, I was recommended to take it there by a friend when it was Squirttys, your company is no squirttys !!!!
