It’s become to computerized. I used to get personalized calls regarding status. Now you just get a text telling you status. Steve was great and responsive when I called so no issues there. I know that’s not his issue. It’s just the way things are done now. Me mentioning it I know wont change anything. Satisfied with work done so far. Thanks Steve.
