As for the truck, the only issue was that the underbody splash guard was loose. Also—and this is something I’ve never liked when I take my vehicles to a mechanic or anywhere else—I dislike it when they move the seats, or when they take the liberty of changing the radio stations or adjusting the volume to their own liking. These are very minor details, of course, but personally, I don't think employees should take such liberties—acting as if they were the owners of the vehicles. That is the only thing I didn't like. Thank you.

Everyone at Caliber collision deserves 10/10 stars. From Randy and his team at the Noho location, to Steve and his team in Palmdale. I felt taken care of and in good hands. Steve was very attentive with updating me and accommodating my questions and requests. Overall brilliant service. I am extremely satisfied and feel good knowing Steve is looking out for my baby!(car). I would highly recommend to anyone!
