Everyone who we met at Caliber were very friendly, professional and helpful. They did a good job in restoring a scratch and dent on our RAM truck and making it look new again. They also finished this project as soon as possible and welcomed us back again if we needed them. We definitely would use them and refer friends and neighbors.

Thomas Kohler and the employees at Caliber Collision Centers did a very good job repairing a damage on our Dodge RAM truck. They are very easy to work with: professional and serious to restore our truck to perfection. They also did their job efficiently and finished within the time they estimated. We recommend Caliber in Palmetto to others who are in need of repairs and restoration of their vehicles. They won't be disappointed.

They did a fast but not good job, forgot to paint a part of my door, the driver side door is not aligned with the passenger side, poorly glued the side plastic of my car so it was puffed out. Not a good experience, they asked to repair it again so hopefully it gets done right this time.

The body work was done well, and we received our vehicle back quickly. However, I wish that with today’s technology, shops would be able to color‑match plastic to metal surfaces more accurately. Additionally, the A/C issue was not resolved. It appears that only a visual inspection was performed, whereas my shop later identified the actual problem—a cracked condenser. Since this was part of the claim I wish it could have been taking care of all at once.

The A/C issue was not addressed. When we picked up the vehicle, we specifically asked about it and were told that everything had been fixed. However, once we got inside the car, we immediately noticed that it still wasn’t cooling. We brought it back in, and although they acknowledged that the A/C was not cooling, they said they didn’t see any issue and couldn’t explain why it wasn’t working. They also didn’t seem interested in resolving it. As a result, the A/C was not repaired—despite being told that it was—and it appears it may not have been inspected at all until we raised the concern again at pickup. The service technician said he would reach out to the insurance company and follow up with us, but we have not heard back from him.
