Caliber did an excellent job. My back bumper looks better than it has since I bought the car. Everything went smooth. They were finished on the day. They said they would be no problems.

Everything was fine except that there were no rental cars and I feel like they could’ve called me to make sure I had a ride because enterprise had no cars and they had known that all morning.

Brought my car to verify the was no serious damage behind my bumper after being rear ended. Follow up was prompt and the repair price was fair in my opinion even though I wasn’t paying for it. They arranged a pick up for a rental and everything went so smooth. My car was ready in two days. I was told there was no damage behind my bumper and everything looked good on the exterior. I was able to pick up my car and simultaneously drop off my rental, worked out great. Happy with the service I received.

I am so very happy with how beautiful my car looks and how quickly it was repaired! I was sent notifications during the process which kept me in the know and I really appreciate that! They vacuumed/washed my car as well which was above and beyond for me! Thank you so much you guys at Caliber, and thank you so much to Thomas, whom I dealt with directly on this, and he handled everything perfectly and was very kind. I will always go to you guys for any repairs because I’ll know it’ll be a job very well done. :)
