Car was sent in to fix bumper. Was told the car was completed, went to pick up and parking sensor was malfunctioned. Told I have to bring it back for their calibration team that would come at a different hour

I had my previous vehicle repaired at a different shop, and unfortunately Caliber Collision did not match the level of service or quality I experienced there.

The liftgate is no longer working and won’t open after the panel was replaced. This is unacceptable. I brought my car in for a repair, and instead the liftgate was damaged during the process.
