The reason I can say that I was completely satisfied began the day I walked into the Caliber Collision establishment. I was pleasantly greeted and the work that was to be done was explained to me. I was told that I would receive updates and I received them including photos. When I telephoned with a question, I received an answer and even a date that the job would be completed. To my surprise it was completed earlier than the projected date. When I arrived to pick up my vehicle the Caliber team was just as pleasant and supportive as the day I first walked through the doors. While I waited for my vehicle to be brought up to the front I noticed other customers were treated with the same pleasant and supportive care. I certainly would give them a 10 out of 10 and I certainly will be recommending this establishment to others that might need body work done on their vehicles.
