I took my time in finding a Collision shop to repair my vehicle. I googled a few places, and read all the reviews...This particular location of Caliber Collision has the best ratings 4.9/5.0 Stars by hundreds of satisfied customers, so I called and asked my questions, they answered them and I brought my vehicle in for inspection and then we set a date for the repairs to begin. Let me tell you Caliber Collision in Park Forest, IL did not disappoint...excellent customer service and they keep me well informed on the status of my vehicle stetp by step via email and texts. John Meyers and his entire staff did an outstanding job on my vehilce it looked manufacturered brand new when I pick it up!! It rides smooth and so great to have my vehicle back!!

The service was expedient and focused on service delivery. My auto was in the shop for such a short period of time that I was amazed and uber pleased to have it returned in an improved condition.
