John was my service manager and he explained everything in the estimate and what they knew and what they might find out as they started the job. He kept me will informed as the work progress and notified me with the delays they encountered because of parts delays. The return of the car was not a time critical effort but he kept me will inform. Very satisfying with the whole experience.
