They would never return a phone call. It literally took over a month to get the car in and then they messed up the rental car. Worst experience I have ever had.

Everything was taken care of quickly and easily. Nader reached out to me with updates throughout the process and even managed to get my car to me early, ahead of the Thanksgiving holiday. Everyone i dealt with was super helpful, professional and kind. I just got my car back on Wednesday, and everything seemed fine. Yesterday morning The windshield wiper on the left hand side of my front window broke in half and the top half flew off the car onto the road. I do not know if the windshield wipers were both replaced during the service, or if that would have been my old wiper ? Can you please let me know, as I will have to pay for a new windshield wiper back here in Columbia.

There’s still a section of the truck bed with a partial dent that wasn’t there when we originally dropped it off to be serviced—when it ended up being hit in the parking lot. We pointed this out at drop-off, and the mechanic assured us it would be taken care of. Later, we received a call saying they were having trouble locating the black replacement sticker for the back of the truck and that it wouldn’t be in until the 19th. We explained that if skipping the sticker meant getting the truck back sooner, not to worry about it or that we didn’t care what color the sticker was. On our way to pick it up, we were then told they ended up giving up on any replacement finding the sticker at all, even though any vinyl shop could have easily reprinted this. We understand mistakes happen, but it’s frustrating—this truck has never been in an accident, we’ve only had it a week, and it gets hit in a mechanic’s parking lot. Now we’re left with a dent still there and no sticker on the back. It feels like something that could have been resolved more easily. For the truck to be there for 2.5 weeks sitting in the back and then to not be fully fixed is disappointing.
