It started off a little rocky with the call center not calling me back to schedule the appointment. I called again and was immediately scheduled and then had EXCELLENT communication and updates from Vidal! He made the entire experience so seamless! Thank you to Vidal, the lady at the desk that greeted me on the first day when I walked in. I don’t like my car was in an accident, but so glad Caliber was the place to fix the issue(s).

The customer service was truly outstanding - everyone I interacted with was so pleasant and patient. They did their best to expedite the work for me and gave me great advice. Vidal especially took my calls multiple times when I was checking in on progress for my repairs and even came in on his off day Saturday so I could get my car back early for a road trip. Truly truly so above and beyond, I was really impressed

Ruben, my assigned staff member was excellent. He kept me abreast from beginning to end via my choice of communication. From receiving my car from the towing company, acknowledging my rental car was reserved, to providing estimates of repairs, dates of when parts are expected to arrive, dates of repair completion, and updates or delays when warranted.
