Five star service from scheduling to pick up! The receptionist was informative with explaining each step in the process along with taking care of my car rental pick up and drop off. Ruben reviewed the assessment process and approx timelines then explained the work done upon pick up. I never felt rushed and appreciated the excellent customer service. Receiving text messages on the repair status was helpful. Very satisfied with the repairs and appreciate there is a lifetime warranty. I would highly recommend Caliber Collision.
