My husband and I enjoyed regular updates regarding the status on our vehicle. They even contacted our rental place to let them know we can get picked up. Both our service representative and front desk.arw extremely nice, friendly and informative. We already told our friends about Caliber's great attentive service. They completed faster than we both anticipated. We even received extra credit on our rental for turning it in early.
