The woman at the Front Desk was extremely professional, knowledgeable and efficient. The Service Advisor, Cesar Bernal was extremely knowledgeable, he explained everything to me sufficiently concerning how my vehicle would be repaired. Mr. Bernal said he would keep me in the loop regarding the work Caliber would do to my vehicle. He kept his word and called me twice. He told me exactly what needed to be done to repair my vehicle, and that's exactly what happened. Caliber totally repaired my vehicle, including cleaning it inside, in five days. In my 40 years of dealing with Car Service Advisors, Mr. Bernal is simply the best!! I am glad that my insurance company referred me to Caliber to have my vehicle repaired.

The entire process superb...from admins appt scheduling/explanations... to drop off...completion in 1 week with everyone onboard with outstanding communication from Vidal Rivera our service advisor! The GM at this location certainly has trained an excellent team that I will utilize in the future and recommend to all! My experience was that everyone on this team is committed to customer satisfaction with attention to detail. Greatly appreciated and applauded!!!!
