The customer service was great. Everyone was very friendly and professional. My overall experience from the beginning to the end was pleasant. The constant updates on the status of my vehicle while being repaired was so helpful and gave me a sense that all was going as scheduled. Cesar Bernal was an excellent advisor on what I needed done to my car and communicated with me the entire time Caliber had my vehicle. The ladies at the front desk were amazing, friendly, answered all my questions. I’m not from Texas so I was very stressed about the process with Cesar and the ladies at the front desk I had no worries!!!!
