Shannon and Henry were amazing. I was nervous to use Caliber Collision because iI been never heard of them. I was pleasantly surprised. From my initial intake to the completion of my repair the customer service was awesome. I was always greeted with a warm welcome and a gracious goodbye. I would definitely refer my friends.

More than satisfied with my service advisor, Mr. Henry Cuello. He showed professionalism along with excellent communication skills. Not once I had to contact him or Caliber Collision to find about the status of my vehicle. Communication was swift and prompt, and the workmanship was satisfactory. He will be the one I'll be calling if I need repair service in future.
