When you say you will email and text about updates you should really do that. Having to hound you for updates on my vehicle is unacceptable.

Excellent customer service seems to have gone extinct like the dinosaurs. However that is not the case at Caliber Collision. I had to file an accident claim with my insurance company and they put me in touch with Caliber collision. From that first initial phone call to the very last interaction I was extremely impressed with their professionalism and excellent communication. Caesar, who handled my claim, was amazing to work with. At first he give me a 10-day time frame for the repairs however it took only three. Cesar walked through everything they did to repair my vehicle line by line on the work order. He also walked out with me to my car and when I noticed some tape residue left behind he quickly went and got a cloth and cleaned it up. Caesar went the extra mile to make sure that I was completely satisfied with the repairs. Getting into a car accident ranks pretty high on the least pleasant things to happen in life but I know after this experience of working with Caliber collision Heaven forbid I get into another accident I know where I'll go to repair my car. I also know where I'll send my friends if they unfortunately get into a car accident.
