Everyone was very friendly and helpful. I appreciated Christine at the front desk for explaining the whole process to me with my insurance and the car rental company beforehand. I also appreciated the regular updates via text from Ruben about progress on the repairs and making sure everything was good to go at pickup. They also washed and vacuumed my car and as someone with two dogs and a baby to transport everywhere, I couldn’t be more grateful. Thanks!
