They kept me informed daily of what was being done to my vehicle. . Sometimes multiple times a day. The date my car was returned to me was days before the date they originally estimated. I was satisfied with the repairs and will highly recommend them to others. Thank you Caliber. One of best body repair services I’ve ever dealt with. Hopefully I won’t need body repair services in the future but if I do, I’ll be coming back to you.

The time they stated they would be finished was a few hours longer than stated. My text stated by 12:30 that Friday. But when I called they told me it would be another hour and they’d call. But they didn’t text until 4pm and I had other obligations and couldn’t pick it up then. Also, it appears there’s only one technician, David, that can handle the cars. And it took a pretty long wait for them to bring my car out even after I arrived Monday afternoon.
