I was given paperwork that reflected an additional 200 plus miles on my car from when I dropped it off. When I asked about it the woman said it was wrong and proceeded to change the entries in the computer. I kept both copies. One week prior to bringing my vehicle to Caliber I took it to Nissan for breaks. The mileage was recorded at that time. There is no way I drove the car over 200 miles.

Bradley was very unprofessional. He repaired things that absolutely did not have anything to fo with the diagnosis. I was charged slmost 900.00 for the repairs with no full explanation. This action was unethicaI and not the right thing to do. I missed work and lost money because of this situation because I wasnt able to work. I was beyond frustrated. I do not recommend this company and I will be reporting this company to the BBB.

The work done was good. The problem I had was that my key was lost and had to be replaced. It took several days and was an inconvenience. The people are very nice. Teri is excellent and David did a good job.
