I really appreciated the quality of customer care at Caliber Collision. When you call, you always speak to the same person, Terry. She is friendly and helpful. And you are paired with a service repair agent that communicates directly with you. David was our agent and was great! My quote was fairly priced, my car was finished ahead of schedule and the updates were often and accurate.

Despite weather delays, my car was ready earlier than anticipated. It looks new! Bradley, who handled my claim, stayed ahead of everything as far as communication goes and answered any questions I had. While I hope I never have to use a body shop again, I can’t imagine a better experience.

The shop was extremely thorough and communicative throughout the entire process. Bradley, who handled my claim, answered any questions I had and was very clear on communication. Despite some part delays due to inclement weather, I still got my car back earlier than expected and looking brand new. I hope I don’t need a body shop every again, but I can’t imagine a better experience and will be recommending Caliber Collision

The panels on the front of my car were not fixed properly. There are large gaps and my Toyota hubcap is missing from my forward driver side tire. Bradley and Keri have been great. We just have a little more work to do.
