If they were the least bit competent they would have recognized the parts that were necessary from the beginning - NOT 4months into the project. They called constantly saying ‘it’s almost done’ and even said I think I can have by Friday… that Friday was TWO MONTHS AGO. You have ZERO car repair skills and less than that customer service. If I practiced at the level of your competence people would actually die. I’m truly at the point of renting billboards near the business to express my frustrations. Unfortunately for you, I have more than means to do so.
