Mazda sent Caliber the wrong part for my car which was going to push my pick up date out another week. Jake and Josh both worked super hard to be able to get my car to me so I could at least have something to drive until the correct part came in.

The paint job was done well, but I was disappointed that my car now looks patchy and awkward. Everyone I've spoken to is surprised that the whole car wasn't painted since that has been their experience with this sort of issue. After several people have said this, I'm feeling very unhappy as though the least amount of work was done that could pass was the option chosen. I will never go with my insurance recommend shop again. I feel cheated.

The employees were polite, but I was texted that my car was ready at 12:15. I arrived a little after 1 and had to wait until after 2 to get my car. The part that was most irksome was being told that my car would be brought right around at 1:30. After waiting 15 minutes in the hot sun, I had to go back in where the woman then told me they were still finishing up and to not trust the app and it'd be ready by 2...

Wonderful experience but I did feel communication could have been a hair better when they realized it would not be completed on the due date. Great work, only thing is I have a tail light out now that wasn't when I dropped it off.
