These guys are amazing! Thought it was going to take 6 weeks to get my car fixed, took 2 weeks. Very communicative, friendly, did a great job. If I ever have any car issues in the future would 100% go back.

I an totally disappointed about the repairs that were preformed on my car. Everything that was reinstalled isn't lined to lined up evenly according to how it should be with my bumper. Either the bumper that was order it to long for my car or its just that the work that was preformed was done poorly. The paint job is trouble when you rub your hands across the surface of the job the paint feels like a sharp object. The separation of my bumper from the body of my car due to me being hit from behind still looks like I have been hit from behind without any repairs. This was not done professionally even though Caliber Collision Center is a professional business. I brought in two checks that was worth $3571.00 give or take there were other shops charging half this amount but because they didn't have any openings base on the time frame for me to have my rental and due to me working two jobs and I needed my car back in a timely manner Caliber Collision Center had just opened up a new site and was taking new appointments this is how your company ended up receiving the opportunity to service me. AND IM NOT PLEASE WITH THE SERVICE THAT I RECEIVED ALSO THERE WAS ISSUES WITH SOMETHING DEALING WITH THE REAREND OF MY CAR NOT BEING PROPERLY REINSTALLED BACK. I HAVE HAD TO PUT MY CAR BACK INTO ANOTHER SHOP TO FIX THAT ISSUES ALONG WITH SOME OTHER ISSUES during my accident. I have decided to have my car repairs done by the company that manufactured my car and I would LIKE A FULL REFUND FOR THE FULL AMOUNT PAID TO YOUR COMPANY FOR MY REPAIRS THAT TURNED OUT TO BE EVEN MORE DEVASTATING TO ME BECAUSE I HAVE INCURRED RENTAL FEES THAT I HAVE TO PAY NOW PLUS IM WITHOUT MY CAR LOBG THAN I SHOULD HAVE TO BE.
