Candace at the front desk was very nice and helpful. The work looks really good and I love how they used text messaging to keep me updated on the status of my repairs. I've used a local body shop in Alabaster before and Caliber beats them by a mile.

The front desk staff and my mechanic, David, were amazing and made sure I stayed updated on everything. They even helped me out with stuff that my insurance should’ve been helping me but wasn’t. This was my first time having to go through this process and the people here at caliber collision made it so easy.
