Everybody was amazing. Clear communication with delays or things that needed to be changed. I was always informed to what was happening on my vehicle. Blake was always great at sending me text about updates or if anything needed my approval for it. Definitely recommend anybody that needs to get their car serviced at caliber collision.

Caliber was great to work with! Got a quote quickly that satisfied the insurance carrier and got my car back all fixed up within 2 weeks. In line with their estimated timeframe. And their updates during the process were timely and informative. All in all great experience!

What an absolutely fantastic experience!! I have to say that honestly I very rarely bother to take the time to answer surveys and leave reviews, but I have to this time - I was blown away by how awesome you guys were! I was seriously dreading dealing with the hassle of getting my car repaired after having an accident - especially as a woman and with a very busy schedule. I am SO glad I went with this company and location. From the first moment everyone was incredibly kind, efficient, professional and thorough. Edwin was my service advisor and he was wonderful - the woman who called and kept me updated on my car (Fran?? I think?) was so sweet, every employee I interacted with was top-notch. Also super-convenient to have Enterprise rental available right there. It was all coordinated for me so I didn’t have to lift a finger! Very clean and modern facility - loved the text updates and convenience. I picked up my car today and it literally looks BETTER than new!! I can’t recommend highly enough - of course I hope I’m never in an accident again, but if anything were to happen, I wouldn’t go anywhere else. THANK YOU!
