Caliber was so great from start to finish on this repair. They were so honest and up front with updates and keeping me informed on my repair. I was very impressed with the repairs. They all also cleaned my entire interior and exterior of the car. Which I wasn’t expecting. I will definitely be using them on future repairs.

From the moment I walked in the Caliber Collision on Wisconsin Ave in Pewaukee, I was generally impressed. Don G. handled my initial repair estimate with exceptional thoroughness and care, taking the time to explain everything clearly. Throughout the process, he provided regular updates and even called five days ahead of the projected completion date to let me know my vehicle was ready early. When I picked up my car it had been washed and vacuumed, far exceeding expectations. Debbie, the customer service representative, was equally outstanding. She was personable, attentive and clear about next steps following through on every detail. Overall, my experience with Caliber Collision went above and beyond. I will gladly share my positive experience and recommend them whenever I have the opportunity.
