Caliber fixed my car with expertise and care. I have, unfortunately, needed them for repairs on two different occasions. Both times, without fail, the staff did fine work quickly and with excellent quality. Caliber worked well with my insurance company, towing company, and car rental.This made the repair experience way easier than I had envisioned. I was kept informed the entire time the car was worked on. The staff and mechanics were careful to explain and inform with patience, while being very pleasant. There were no surprises, and I felt no anxiety once they took over! AND my car was returned completely cleaned!! What a treat!! I have recommended Caliber to my friends, telling them they can trust Caliber completely. Accidents are very stressful, but dealing with the repairs is made stress free with the group at Caliber! I am so grateful for their help in keeping my car safe at affordable prices!

Caliber did an excellent job repairing my 2017 Honda Civic after I slid into a ditch and damaged the front end this January, 2026. Everyone I dealt with was VERY pleasant and helpful, efficient, clear in explanations, and careful and trustworthy with my car. I could not ask for a better experience. I tell all of my friends and family that Caliber is the place to go for any car repairs. Caliber did the necessary contact work with my insurance and rental companies. This made the experience very easy and nonstressful for me. I was kept informed of everything as the repairs were in progress. The car looks great and drives great. As a bonus, the car was finished more quickly than expected and arrived with a superb cleaning!!!! I have nothing but praise and grateful satisfaction for Caliber.

The repairs were done very well, I’m thrilled with how good the front end looks. The service was outstanding all around, everyone was very helpful, honest, and were adamant on making my car look like new. A bonus was the detail. When I got to my garage I noticed the side panels looked like mirrors. Someone put some work into that and it’s not lost on me. Thank you very much.
