Thank you guys for pulling a dent out of my car and detailing the interior a bit without having to. However as soon as I got in my car, I noticed a small tear in the material underneath the passenger side window that was absolutely not there previously. My eyes have been drawn to it every time I enter my vehicle. Such a thing can not be missed. I didn’t bring it up on the spot because there’s no way to prove it was your technician. I’m incredibly disappointed nobody owned up to causing the damage, so it becomes my word vs yours. Definitely wish I took my vehicle somewhere else

Your staff was outstanding, Steve, the gentleman who handled the estimate was professional, and who’s counseling was obviously in my best interest. The finished product was impeccable. To complete the process, Heidi, in order to deliver the car and save me two days of car rental fees washed the car and cleaned the interior in order to expedite the process.
