Truck was repaired earlier than scheduled, which was great because I was paying for a rental out of pocket . Xavier was great in keeping me updated in every step of the process. This is the second time we use Caliber for a repair and they’ve done great both times.

Tina and Xaiver were fantastic! Xavier kept me updated on the progress of repairs and Tina was cordial and responsive anytime I called! 10/10 customer service. The work itself was done well as well. I would recommend this location to anyone and would definitely be back should I ever need shop services in the future!
