Why was the bent wheel left in the back of my car, with the broken hub, and the duct tape that they removed from my car?

Everyone was nice, but I was told many conflicting things about how long it would take to complete my car. 3 days, 2 weeks. Then 9 days later, when I was told it was done, at 3pm, and the guy Really pushed that I come get it that day. Instead I was there at 8 am the next morning and it was NOT done, due to an Internet outage. So the car wasn't actually done the day before??
