Im Always 100% satisfied I've brought all my vehicles I've had to caliber even when you were on Bluegrass Road The Professional and courtesy of the staff that works at this Caliber Collision I just so friendly they make you feel so welcomed and they explained word the word and always keep you updated especially I've had Nicole a quite a few times when I brought my vehicles and she always is a pleasant she is knowledgeable she keeps you up to date all the time on your vehicle status and also the courtesy when you call Caliber at this location I spoken to Angela the receptionist always a pleasant and courtesy when she answers the phone I just feel customer service at this location is 100% that I have received over the years from bringing my vehicle to this caliber and also when you guys were on Bluegrass Road thank you again for the fast and professional work to my vehicle

I want to thank you guys for making my car look brand new again! Paint job was done very well! I also appreciate that you guys cleaned the inside of my car it looks 10 times cleaner than when I dropped it off! I was told not to follow automatic text messages and not to follow the expected date. Meanwhile was told multiple dates my car would be completed and planned accordingly (returning my rental)for my car to be completed on the expected date and not the other dates. Food trash was left in my trunk

The final completion was good. Steven was great, helpful throughout the process. My only issue was how the inside looked. Everything was torn apart. It was filthy dirty and things were missing. I had a plushy ghost that is now gone, along with other things. It is my own fault for expecting total professionalism and not removing everything from the inside of the vehicle. Thank you again Steven for all you did!! Appreciate all you did for me.

Paint and repair of rear drivers side door, excellent. Front window, glass repair great. In side of my vehicle horrible. Torn apart and filthy, items missing. Guess I shouldn't expect professionalism throughout my service. I appreciate all Steven did to help me through the process.
