I was called on multiple occasions specifying my vehicle was fully fixed and cleaned. However, I had to go back to the location numerous times and each time I went back, I noticed repairs/errors that wasn’t fully completed and my vehicle wasn’t fully cleaned on one occasion. It felt like the my vehicle was being rushed to be completed. I’m a returning customer who never had issues in the past. But this time around i did not enjoy my experience with how my vehicle was being handled.
