When I took my car to Caliber they did a walk around and told me all the repairs they would do and updated me on my car's status via text messages. My car was completed on the day they said it would be!

He had the part for my car at the shop slated for another repair that was being delayed due to another part in backorder. He asked the customer if it was ok to use that part on my car while waiting for their backordered part. She was ok with that and my car was repaired so quickly. It's looks beautiful. I am so pleased. I would recommend Caliber Collision to anyone who needs bodywork on their car.

They did an excellent job. Still comes back to you only allowing them to use a used headlight. They were great though.

After 8 days I finally reached out through your website and got a hold of someone who got my rep to call me. Things went smother after that. My car looks great but the fact that the replacement headlight you put on my car is yellowed and does not match the other is inexcusable.
