Overall experience was okay. Was disappointed when I found the scratch marking paint still on vehicle, my tonneau cover was never mounted down so if I had not noticed that it could’ve flown off and caused a serious accident. There was a tool left in the vehicle as well. Just seems as if they got the job done and moved on with no pride in their work. Will likely defer to a smaller shop if I need work in the future.

Thank you keeping me up to date on the entire process. I never had to call and ask, “how’s my car coming along.” Then you had the vehicle fixed BEFORE the scheduled date of completion. That is definitely something that I have never experienced before in car repair. —. You know when you already bummed out your life is screwed being hit by someone… you all made my wife and I feel that the shafting we got in the crash… was Christmas seeing our vehicle like it rolled off of the factory floor.
