Pleasant staff and knowledgeable about the process. Only complaint is the initial person did not make the appointment correctly in the system. The appointment was supposed to be for 1 PM she put 12:15 in the system and said that was fine. It wasn’t. There was a lot of confusion over the initial appointment.

I am really pleased by the performance shop and appreciated the courteous staff. Also appreciated the continuous updates on the progress of my vehicle. And, loved that I saw that my car was detailed when I came to pick it up— very nice touch.
