The work was done in the estimated time. It looks beautiful - just like the original car. I was also pleased the interior was detailed - smelled like a new car. Let's not forget Josh the service advisor. He kept me updated 2 times a week just like he said. Very pleased with Caliber.

This is a very professional organization. They treated me with tremendous respect. When I was late getting to my first appointment they couldn't have been nicer about it. They kept me up to date on the process and when there was a delay in getting the bumper, they called to tell me why this would take longer before I could get my Kia back. I dropped off the car I rented from Enterprise at Caliber and they took care of returning it.

I was extremely satisfied with my service. The line of communication was excellent - I received updates throughout the entire process. My car was completed much faster than the original estimate. Caliber makes getting my car repaired very simple and easy. They work directly with Enterprise rentals so I can drop of my car and pick up my rental in the same place at the same time. And when my car is ready, I just leave the rental at Caliber. The staff go above and beyond to provide amazing customer service. I've never experience customer service better anywhere. My insurance gave me several options for body shops, and I immediately chose the Caliber on Babcock Boulevard in Pittsburgh because I had been there before and it was the best experience I've ever had getting car repairs. This is the only place I will go now.

notable difference between most other places is that we received informative text messages. The progress of the car but also the Y was present such as what they are working on a particular and if there was gonna be a delay, here is why. We just could just move on with our lives and never had to call and wonder how they forgotten about us. This was extremely satisfying the best experience we’ve ever had.
