The team at Caliber Collision was very excellent. They fixed my car in a timely manner and notified me every step of the way via text on what was being done. They also helped with the rental and took me there and took back the rental for me which was great. They offered snacks and coffees every time I waited and were very pleasant. Ron who took me through the process was down to earth and very pleasant to deal with. He truly cares about the customer and what he does and it truly shows. I am very pleased with the whole experience and would recommend Caliber to friends and family. Great job guys and thank you so much.

11 day job was done in 6 weeks. My 30 day car rental expired and I did not have a car for 2 weeks. It affected my job and impacted those around me. Nothing was done to speed up the repair process or address my concerns. If not catching the person who hit and ran me was bad enough I also had to deal with no car for 2 weeks. It’s unfortunate and I hope it does not happen to anyone else.

6 weeks for an 11 day job. They didn’t care my rental coverage expired and I had to do without transportation. I need a car for my job and therefore couldn’t work and had to call off.

Again - the scratch on the bumper. I should have been informed that you were using used parts or that you already scratched me new bumper.

Sherri was great to deal with at the start…then the gentleman who handled once in the shop was informative & kept us up to date. There were some delays but nothing that caused us issues & caliber kept us informed! Love that everything they fixed is 100% covered as long as we have the vehicle! Great job & thank you!

Great service, great communication, there was a slight delay in completion due to an issue they didn’t see initially so it stalled the pick up date. Also would have appreciated more notice on pick up (text at 2:30pm 10/30, called at 3pm 10/30, said if not picked up tonight would incur charges on rental…glad I could make it work but just as easily could have been out of town)
