I’ve been there three times and I absolutely love that place and the customer service the people there are wonderful I especially love Robin and the best. She is very pleasant and great to deal with. she has a wonderful personality.

I was going to go to Moon Auto Repair for the car damage. After taking to my insurance agent he said to get a 2nd estimate at Caliber. I am soooo glad we did....my car looks BEAUTIFUL!!! They did an excellent job and blended and aligned everything to the 'T'...they even buffed out my BETSY (truck) which makes the pearl diamond stand out more. ROBIN was wonderful, thorough. and a pleasure to work with. Caliber was $1500. UNDER Moon Auto Repairs estimate and all my parts through Caliber were new!!!! HIGHLY, HIGHLY recommend Caliber Collision. They did a superb job and have a great team of people working there.!!!

I am always pleased with the team that works at this location. Unfortunately, this was my second time taking my car to this location. I only say “unfortunately” because of course I don’t enjoy having my car hit and damaged by someone, but Robin and the rest of the team are truly exceptional. The communication is clear and they are always happy to explain the work they will do/have completed and the quality of the work is excellent. I really feel valued as a customer and I’d like to do my best to extend my gratitude towards this team.

If you’re looking for superb customer service, you’ll not do any better than Caliber. They listen to customer requests, contact you frequently with status updates, handle everything regarding rental cars (even notifying Enterprise about the work taking longer than expected), and are extremely friendly and easy to work with. A company that take’s customer service seriously.
