Caliber Collision is a very professional repair/body shop. My 2020 Subaru Outback was in for minor body damages. I was kept in constant contact regarding my repairs and expected completion date. In fact it was a day early! My car looks great! I am very happy with the work done by Caliber Collision. Thank you

This was my first time hearing of Caliber Collision. A Geico policy holder hit my car and when I initially contacted my Allstate insurance agency to inform them of the incident they suggested that I go through the other parties insurance. It was a little bit of a fight but finally Geico relented and agreed to make and pay for any and all necessary repairs. I was able to chose my own repair shop but It was Geico’s recommendation to use Caliber Collision on Lowrey’s Run Road. Normally I would have gone to a Subaru body shop, since my car is a 2020 Subaru Outback in Wexford but Caliber Collision on Lowreys Run Road is close to my home I agreed. However all costs of repairs were covered by and paid for by Geico

Caliber Collision was in constant communication with me updating me on the status of my vehicle. My car never sat waiting it was in the shop within 24 hours if me dropping it off and within a few days it was done. They went over the repairs performed with me ensuring I was 100% satisfied with the work, which I was! My dented and damaged car was a shiny new Pearl again !

Had the worst experience with Caliber. Was lied to multiple times about repairs to my truck. Was cussed out by the regional manager (Joe Impelle) because i wanted something in writing stating that no one would be driving my truck of the property because the shop manager took mine on a ride and was doing 100 mph on the highway. Found that out due to my dash cam notifying me. Had a wiring harness melt because it was touching the exhaust because the harness was not put back in its proper place when the bed was off the first shop, tried to blame me for it despite a certified mopar dealer said the harness was not put back in the correct spot. Bottom line is i will never take use Caliber again or recommend anyone due to all of this. Caliber honestly should be ashamed to have a regional manager (Joe Impelle) who will scream, cuss and spit in a customers face.

I would rate my experience with Caliber Collision on Lowries Run Road a 10 out of 10. Everyone I dealt with were very friendly and professional. I appreciated that they kept me informed of the service work being done. They said I could pick up my car on December 26th but I was able to take my car home on December 23rd. The Mazda is a 2017 and when I saw my car after repairs and a paint job, it looked brand new. The paint job is beautiful. I would highly recommend Caliber Collision to my family and friends. Special thanks to all the front shop personnel and to Bart Simon. Your staff is to be commended.
