My repairs due to an accident were done quickly, smoothly, and with frequent updates. However, I had a side mirror replaced as well separate to my other repairs and was not informed that the part would not be an exact match to my existing mirror, including that it does not have a built-in blind spot feature as my passenger side mirror does.
